The "Chicken Yard" (which you can learn more about below) is home to a varying number of chickens. Currently (October, 2025), there are 6-7 roosters and 68-70 hens. The flock consists of a variety of breeds, which you can learn about below!

We never "harvest" our animals, so these birds earn their keep by providing eggs- LOTS OF EGGS! These farm-fresh eggs are gathered daily and are available to the community on the Back Porch at The Clubhouse. We ask that all who are able to do so give a donation to the Park when taking eggs. Unsold excess eggs are taken to the "Little Pantries" around town or otherwise given away. You can learn more about farm-fresh eggs below!
