Choose an "Extravaganza" package if you are planning a large and lengthy event such as a wedding and reception!  With 12 hours of facility access which you may spread over two days, you could plan a 7 or 8 hour event day while taking a few hours ahead to prepare and still have a couple hours afterwards to take down, pack up, & clean!
